Casey's accounting journey started at McPherson College where she completed her undergrad. She later went on to get her MBA at Kansas Wesleyan University. While working at a bank, she says it was a happy "accident" that she fell into the more accounting side of finance and hasn't looked back. She says everything she does is for her kids and she really enjoys what she does.

Casey is a former coach for her daughter's soccer team and her son's baseball team. She also held a position as Secretary on the Andover Lutheran Church Board.

Casey is the proud mother of 3 - her oldest, Troy, is a marine stationed in Japan. Her two daughters, Abby and Peyton, both play soccer. Abby is currently in college and Peyton is still in grade school. They have 2 cats named Jack and Whinny and they are litter mates. As a family they enjoy going to Sporting KC games!
