In her final year at Olathe South, Vanessa is an active participant in the Business Finance academy, relishing the hands-on experience it provides. Having secured her spot freshman year, she has been a dedicated member for several years, accruing valuable college credits along the way. Her educational journey will continue at JCCCC to complete her current credits before transferring to UMKC or KU. Vanessa harbors a strong desire to study abroad in Spain or Italy, a testament to her passion for success, achieving goals, and exploring the world, which stems from her early exposure to the intricacies of business.

With over a year and a half of experience at Restore Hyper Wellness, Vanessa serves as a key member of the front desk team. Her role has granted her insight into the operational side of the business, fostering a fertile ground for generating innovative ideas, discussed and refined in weekly team meetings. Additionally, she generously contributes her time to volunteer work at her local church.

Born in Eugene, Oregon, Vanessa spent a significant portion of her formative years in Mexico, eventually returning to the United States. Her multicultural background is reflected in her family's diverse roots, with her mother's side hailing from Spain and her father's side from Mexico. In her household, she shares her space with two parents, a younger brother, four lively chihuahuas, and a bearded dragon. While not particularly drawn to sports, she finds joy in the art of ice skating like her mother used to do.
