Haylie utilized the A+ Program in Missouri to get her Associates Degree from Maple Woods Community College. She then transferred to Missouri State University, and earned her Bachelors Degree in Public Relations. Her 5 year long background in retail customer service has given her an edge in the communications world. Haylie was promoted to the sales team to assist in the process of client acquisition.

During her education, she received certifications in many online forums for social media management and strategy. Haylie currently attends many marketing conventions and networking events to better connect with Fortiviti's audiences.

In Haylie's free time, she enjoys spending time at home with her boyfriend, Jordan, and their two dogs. They recently bought a house and have many home improvement projects to keep them busy. Her hobbies such as novice makeup artistry and photography keep her busy on weekends. Sports is a major passion of hers as she plays on an adult co-ed softball team, and she hopes to work in that industry some day.
