Joyce is a proud graduate of the University of Kansas. She started her career in Audit and spent many years with McDonald's Corporation in several financial roles. Her favorite part of working at McDonald's was consulting with franchisees to grow their businesses. Joyce started her own consulting business after leaving McDonald's but missed working with a team. She is excited to be part of the Fortiviti team and working with a variety of businesses.

Joyce is deeply committed to community service. She enjoys volunteering for local organizations, such as the Ronald McDonald House and Special Olympics. She was a board member for the Ronald McDonald House of Kansas City, and that organization holds a dear place in her heart. One of her favorite volunteering accomplishments was running a marathon to benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

Joyce and her husband, Blair, have two daughters in college and enjoy racing sailboats in their free time. Joyce is an avid tennis fan, and her bucket list includes attending the four Grand Slam tournaments.
