Joyce Dryden

Joyce’s career in the world of finance began at the University of Kansas. Her passion for the field ignited during high school when she was first introduced to accounting. This pursuit led her to the McDonald's Corporation, where she enjoyed working with franchisees to grow their businesses. Joyce’s desire for helping business owners led her to consulting, allowing her to collaborate with various companies. It became clear to her that being an integral part of a team was an important component she valued, a sentiment that guided her towards Fortiviti.

In addition to her thriving career, Joyce is deeply committed to community engagement. She was a board member for the Ronald McDonald House of Kansas City and currently serves as President of the Blue Valley West Softball PTO. Several years ago, she ran a marathon to benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

Joyce’s proudest accomplishments are her daughters, Maddie, who attends Purdue University and Audrey, a high school senior. She and her husband, Blair, enjoy watching their daughters play sports and racing sailboats. Joyce is an avid tennis fan, and her bucket list includes attending the four Grand Slam tournaments. She is hoping to see the French Open in 2024! Beyond the realm of sports, Joyce enjoys crocheting and knitting. She makes baby blankets, scarves, and hats which she donates at the end of the year to community organizations.
