Joyce is a proud graduate of the University of Kansas. She started her career in Audit and spent many years with McDonald's Corporation in several financial roles. Her favorite part of working at McDonald's was consulting with with franchisees to grow their businesses. Joyce started her own consulting business after leaving McDonald's but missed working with a team. She is excited to be part of the Fortiviti team and working with a variety of businesses.

Joyce is deeply committed to community service. She enjoys volunteering for local organizations, such as the Ronald McDonald House and Special Olympics. Several years ago, she ran a marathon to benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. She was a board member for the Ronald McDonald House of Kansas City and currently serves as President of the Blue Valley West Softball PTO.

Joyce’s proudest accomplishments are her daughters, Maddie, who attends Purdue University and Audrey, a high school senior. She and her husband, Blair, enjoy watching their daughters play sports and racing sailboats. Joyce is an avid tennis fan, and her bucket list includes attending the four Grand Slam tournaments. She is hoping to see complete that goal by attending the 2025 French Open!
