Kelsey Darnell, CPA
Kelsey attended Seward County Community College/Area Technical School where she earned her associate degree in business. She then transferred to Kansas State University where she earned her bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in accounting. Her whole accounting journey began with an aptitude test she took in her junior year of high school.
Kelsey obtained her CPA and worked in public accounting as an auditor for 7 years before joining Fortiviti in October 2021. Understanding her clients’ operations and helping her clients with their needs is what Kelsey enjoys most about her work.
Kelsey and her boyfriend, Brennan, share their home with two delightful cats, Arlo and Otis, who keep them quite occupied with their playful antics. When not working, Kelsey delights in baking, much to the joy of her friends who eagerly anticipate sampling her surplus treats. Additionally, they both relish exploring historical sites, placing great value on the rich history and picturesque landscapes they encounter during their travels.
