Sandra graduated as class valedictorian in High School and she earned a full ride scholarship through the Kauffman Scholars Organization. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Management from the University of Missouri Kansas City in December 2017. Sandra pursued Fortiviti after exploring their website and getting a feel for their team culture. She was mainly attracted to the personal and professional development, the community involvement, and the positive atmosphere. She’s passionate about people and seeing others reach their full potential through growth and hard work.

Sandra discovered a passion for community involvement in high school due to National Honor’s Society qualifications. She’s had the privilege of volunteering for Harvesters, Pages & Chapters, UMKC Roos Give Back, Hope Faith, Delmar Gardens of Lenexa, Unleashed Pet Rescue, among others. She’s also passionate about ministry work and has had the honor of partnering up with Mercy Multiplied, Here Be Lions, Samaritan’s Purse, and Outreach America, to mention a few.

Sandra believes in the power of unity and maintaining healthy relationships so she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She’s a lifelong learner and benefits from reading self-help books. Outdoors and sports are some of her favorite hobbies, anything from the gym, disc golf, yoga, tennis, pickleball, hiking, etc. She loves traveling with her husband and is excited to continue exploring the world with him!
